‘Extremely complex operation’: NRW to tackle SSSI diesel contamination after major train fire

The environmental regulator Natural Resources Wales is to remove 12,000 cubic metres of soil contaminated with diesel fuel and restore woodland, following the derailing of the Llangennech freight train which caught fire earlier this year.
