‘Deeply saddening’: Walkers to be told to avoid footpath due to high levels of air pollution

Walkers could soon be discouraged from using a footpath that runs alongside the river Trent in Stoke-on-Trent because of high levels of air pollution, if Highways England’s plans go ahead.
