Just how green is DEFRA?

This is a massive year for the government’s ‘green’ ambitions. The UK is hosting the COP26 talks in Glasgow, as well as the G7. There is an Environment Bill to deliver, wide-ranging waste policies to catch up on and new post-Brexit regulatory regimes to draw up. And the world is watching to see if Boris Johnson can make good on his promise to “make this country the cleanest, greenest on earth”.
