‘Disproportionate’ water pollution regulations face Senedd test

Opposition members of the Senedd are seeking to torpedo the Welsh government’s plans to introduce new nationwide rules to prevent water pollution from agriculture in Wales, warning that the regulations are “disproportionate” and would “undermine the viability of many Welsh farms”.
