‘Nimble’ green watchdog will take speedier enforcement action than EU, says chair

EXCLUSIVE: The chair of the nascent Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) expects that enforcement action taken by the post-Brexit green watchdog will be “demonstrably more responsive and nimble” than is seen under the EU’s infringements process.
