Environment Agency BAME employee numbers stall and pay gap widens for LGB workers

Environment Agency (EA) figures for 2019-20 show there has been no change in the numbers of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) employees over the past year, and a widening of the pay gap for lesbian, gay or bisexual employees, however, the gender pay gap has narrowed.
