Eustice reveals plan to ‘refocus’ habitats regulations
Environment secretary George Eustice has announced plans to amend the Environment Bill to “refocus” the habitats regulations and has revealed that a working group has been created to “consider changes that might be appropriate”, with a green paper to follow.
