‘Still struggling to breathe’: EA faces further legal action over smelly landfill

Lawyers say they are considering taking further legal action against the Environment Agency (EA), arguing that it has failed to produce an adequate plan for the regulation of Walleys Quarry in line with the requirements set out by the High Court in a landmark ruling last month.
