COP26: ‘If Glasgow fails, then the whole thing fails’, says PM

Following lukewarm commitments on climate change reached at the weekend’s G20 meeting, prime minister Boris Johnson said there are “no compelling excuses” left for delaying decarbonisation ahead of the opening of the crunch COP26 talks today.
