Good Law Project seeks to intervene in sewage discharge case

Legal campaign group the Good Law Project has said it is to join an ongoing litigation related to sewage discharges into the Manchester Ship Canal, in a case it argues is vital to prevent water companies from having “near-total immunity to discharge sewage”.
