Is the government greenwashing?

This week marked the fourth birthday of the 25-year environment plan (25YEP). Published in January 2018, it set out 10 broad goals – from clean air and water to thriving wildlife and minimising waste. It was quite the new year’s resolutions list. But, like vegan diets and fitness regimes, it’s proving very hard to follow.
