EA confirms move to link technically competent manager waste site attendance with operator performance

The length of time technically competent managers (TCMs) have to attend permitted waste sites will be based on operator performance, with those in “deteriorating or poor compliance bands having an increased attendance requirement”, the Environment Agency has confirmed.
