‘Milestone in climate litigation’: Shell executives face legal action over ‘failure to prepare for net zero’

Legal campaign group ClientEarth has announced that it has begun legal action against the board of directors of energy giant Shell for its ‘failure to properly prepare the company for net zero’, in what it says is a ‘milestone in climate litigation’.
