Is DEFRA’s sewage dumping plan unlawful?

The government’s plan to get water companies to reduce the amount of raw human sewage they dump into England’s rivers, lakes and seas has been described as “unlawful on many counts”, by conservation charity WildFish, which plans to launch a judicial review.
