Court gives EA 8 weeks to set out plan to comply with habitats rules at protected site
Following a landmark ruling, the High Court has ruled that the Environment Agency has eight weeks to publish full details of the measures it intends to take to achieve “urgent compliance” with the Habitats Directive in respect of The Broads Special Area of Conservation.
