Westminster chaos puts statutory deadline for nature restoration targets 'at risk', says OEP chair

The Environment Act’s statutory deadline of 31 October for the government to publish its nature restoration targets is “at risk”, and there is concern at the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) over the delay of another key document mandated by the act, the watchdog’s chair has revealed.
