Consultation reveals ‘strong support’ for proposed new Welsh coal tips regulator
The Welsh government has noted “strong support” for the creation of a new regulatory body to oversee the management of disused coal tips, but has also recognised “significant funding and resource requirements to establish and implement” any new regime.
