Portsmouth recycling company prosecuted for fire-risk tyre storage

West Sussex based Twyford Recycling Ltd have been prosecuted by the Environment Agency for ignoring several warnings about storing tyres safely, with the agency warning that the site posed a specific danger to designated habitats for protected eels.
