Scottish wind farm plans scaled back over golden eagle concerns
A wind power developer has scaled back and redesigned plans for a project in the south of Scotland in part to reduce potential impacts on golden eagles, following a warning from the RSPB that the scheme “directly threatens the aims and success” of a multi-million-pound reintroduction project.
