Cabinet reshuffle: Grant Shapps to lead on net zero in new government department

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has confirmed that the former Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) will be split into four new departments, with former business secretary Grant Shapps leading a new Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
