Shell directors face lawsuit over ‘mismanagement of climate risk’
A legal NGO with shares in Shell has filed a lawsuit against the fossil fuel giant’s board of directors on the grounds that it is mismanaging the company’s climate risk, in an unprecedented case which has the support of other shareholders.
