Johnson urges government to adopt Levelling Up Bill amendment to sink Khan’s ULEZ expansion

MP’s, including former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, have asked the government to back an amendment to the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill intended to sink the mayor of London’s expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) by mandating that the measure must have approval from all affected councils.
