Core green law off REUL chopping block for now, but uncertainty persists

No parts of “headline” environmental law such as the Habitats Regulations and Water Framework Directive will be dropped from the UK statute books at the end of this year, the government’s latest Retained EU Law Bill amendments have confirmed, but questions remain over some of laws still set to be revoked in December.
