Lords pass measures to toughen REUL bill scrutiny and environmental protections
Peers have secured a series of changes to the government's controversial Retained EU Law (REUL) Bill, passing amendments to deliver 'parliamentary scrutiny in the proper sense of those words' and to ensure that existing EU environmental protections are maintained.
