MPs vote against REUL bill ‘non-regression’ amendment on environmental protections
MPs have rejected a series of House of Lords amendments to the government's controversial Retained EU Law (REUL) Bill, including measures to ensure there is 'non-regression' on EU environmental rules and to strengthen the hand of Parliament in deciding which EU laws are revoked or amended.
