UK urges ‘binding provisions’ in global plastics treaty to reduce production and consumption
The UK has joined over 50 countries in calling for a new global treaty on plastic pollution to include "binding provisions" to "restrain and reduce the production and consumption of primary plastic polymers to sustainable levels".
