Advertising watchdog rules against water firm for ‘misleading’ green claims
An Anglian Water advert setting out the firm's efforts to improve the environment has been deemed 'misleading' by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) because it failed to include details on its activities that 'caused harm to the environment', including storm overflows.
