Labour blames ULEZ for Uxbridge by-election loss
Labour has blamed yesterday’s by-election result in Uxbridge on London mayor Sadiq Khan’s plans to expand the capital’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), with the party’s deputy leader Angela Rayner stating that the defeat is what happens when you “don’t listen to the voters”.
