Nutrient neutrality rules ‘should be changed’ and ‘conversation needed’ with Natural England, says Gove
The housing secretary has said nutrient neutrality rules “should be changed”, despite warnings from a large group of businesses against the destabilisation of the nutrient mitigation market, with the sector stating that plans are already in place to mitigate nutrient pollution for 70,000 homes.
