SEPA enforcement actions fall sharply, official figures reveal
The number of enforcement actions referred to prosecutors by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) slumped from 37 in 2010/11 to just two last year, while overall enforcement actions fell from 273 to 86 over the same period, according to newly-released official figures.
