Coffey dismisses OEP’s REUL environmental regression concerns
The environment secretary has dismissed concerns raised by the chair of the green watchdog that the Retained EU Law Act (REUL) poses “immediate risks of regression” in environmental law, stating that the government uses “expert advice”.
