MPs and peers urge Shapps to withhold ‘imminent’ consent for Rosebank oil and gas field
A group of MPs and peers have urged the energy secretary to withhold his 'imminent' consent for the massive Rosebank oil and gas field off the Scottish coast, arguing that the scheme would put the UK's climate targets 'out of reach' and 'critically weaken' the country's climate diplomacy.
