Nutrient neutrality: Labour voices ‘serious concerns’ but says ‘review’ of rules needed
The shadow housing minister has said it is “right” that the operation of nutrient neutrality rules are reviewed, but that Labour disagrees with how the government is proposing to disapply the Habitats Regulations to development, as the party continues to stop short of saying if it will support efforts to undo the government’s controversial amendments.
