PM ‘absolutely determined’ to scrap nutrient neutrality rules with new standalone bill
Reports have emerged that Downing Street is drawing up plans for a new bill that would allow ministers to ditch nutrient neutrality rules – just days after the government issued a statement confirming that developers and councils in affected areas must continue to deliver housing under the current nutrient neutrality regime.
