Net gain delay: Government confirms revised timetable, with January 2024 go live date

The date from which developers will be required to deliver 10% biodiversity net gain on most schemes in England has slipped from November to January 2024 under a revised timetable for the implementation of the flagship policy published by DEFRA on Wednesday.
