Developer handed £14,000 penalty over bat mitigation licence breaches
A property developer has been ordered to pay out more than £14,000 for breaching the conditions of a European Protected Species Bat Mitigation Licence, negatively impacting on populations of brown long-eared and common pipistrelle bats.
