Luton Airport secures fresh expansion consent
Ministers have approved plans to allow Luton airport to handle an additional one million passengers a year, after examiners concluded that there would be "no significant adverse effect" in terms of climate change and "no likely significant cumulative adverse effects" in respect of noise, transport and air quality.
