King’s Speech confirms new oil and gas bill and shelving of plans for nutrient neutrality legislation
Ministers are to bring forward legislation to ensure that North Sea oil and gas licences are awarded annually, the King's Speech has confirmed, but no mention has been made of the fate of the government's plans to reform nutrient neutrality rules.
