Judge slashes ‘unreasonable’ EA hydrofluorocarbons penalty

Heavy goods vehicle manufacturer Scania has successfully challenged an 'unreasonable' civil penalty imposed on it by the Environment Agency (EA), slashing its size from £200,000 to £90,500.
