Link ELMs payment levels to UK emissions trading scheme, says report
The government should reform its environmental land management schemes (ELMs) to bring payments for carbon sequestration, such as peatland restoration and tree planting, in line with payments made under the UK's emissions trading scheme (UK ETS), a report has recommended.
