NRA calls for regulations to curb industrial pollution

Water pollution incidents caused by industry increased by 33% between 1992 and 1993, according to a report by the National Rivers Authority (NRA).1 It says that the figures demonstrate the need for long-promised regulations covering oil and chemical storage on industrial sites.
