Novel recycling plants in pipeline for Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire

The UK's first purpose-built materials recycling facility (MRF) should be operating by February 1993 in Milton Keynes. The LAWDC will then build a second plant and a composting facility to meet the county's household waste recycling target of 50% - double the Government's target.
