Calor Gas make strides in refrigerants battle

Leading air conditioning and refrigeration companies told a conference in London in September that hydrocarbons are efficient replacements for ozone-depleting CFCs. The meeting was a coup for the sponsor, hydrocarbon supplier Calor Gas, in the increasingly fierce competition with HFC manufacturers as businesses search for effective and "environment-friendly" substitutes for CFCs.
