Inspectorate blasts water company over chlorination failure

Three Valleys Water Company has been criticised by a report from the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) over an incident at its Iver water treatment works in Buckinghamshire last year. The report finds fault with many aspects of the company's operation, but concludes that there was no reason to believe that water unfit for consumption was supplied.
