Scottish rules on nuisance appeals

Regulations on appeals against abatement notices served under statutory nuisance legislation in Scotland come into force on 2 May.1 The regulations align the Scottish provisions with those in force south of the border, in particular by covering street noise nuisances for which primary legislation was introduced in 1993.
