Drive to double number of oil recycling banks

An initiative aimed at almost doubling the number of oil recycling banks (ORBs) was launched in April with new guidance to help local authorities set them up.1 But funding the banks and finding suitable sites remain major problems, with most ORBs being operated by local councils and only a fraction by oil producers or retailers.
