Public want punishment for polluting firms' executives

UK business executives are lagging behind public perceptions of the gravity of environmental "crimes", according to an opinion survey by consultants Arthur D Little (ADL).1 A large majority of the public want executives held personally liable for environmental offences by their businesses.
